For the third time in a row TUBEX has received a gold medal from EcoVadis for its sustainability and CSR performance. This puts TUBEX in the top 5% of all manufacturers of other fabricated metal products assessed by EcoVadis.
EcoVadis is the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings, with a global network of more than 100,000 rated companies. It assesses sustainability practices in the areas of Labor and Human Rights, Environment, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Businesses receive individual ratings in each category, which together provide an overall score. Based on that score, companies can earn a bronze, silver, gold or platinum medal.
TUBEX received its gold medal in late December 2023. The award recognizes the company’s impressive achievements in the field of CSR.

TUBEX’s action on CSR is also reflected in its commitments to global initiatives such as the UN Global Compact and the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
In March 2023, TUBEX became one of the first 50 packaging companies worldwide to receive SBTi approval for its greenhouse gas reduction targets. With 2020 as its baseline, TUBEX has committed to reducing both its absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions and its Scope 3 emissions by 42% by 2030. The SBTi approval attests to TUBEX’s efforts to take serious and transparent action on climate, and marks a significant milestone on the company’s sustainability journey.
Transparently reporting on CSR performance is a priority at TUBEX. By participating in regular assessments such as those performed by EcoVadis, CDP and SMETA, TUBEX provides its customers with honest updates on its progress across its three CSR pillars: people, environment and eco-system.
